Our School Priorities for 2012-
- Increase the progress made in writing for pupils in Years 1 and 2
- Provide sufficient opportunities for extended writing in KS1 and KS2
- Use rigorous assessment to plan lessons in mathematics and English
- Set next steps in learning clearly for each pupil to see
- Use robust tracking to ensure individual pupils move through these steps at a fast enough pace
- Provide immediate challenge for more able pupils
