Please find below our lunch menu and order form for this term.  Please send in order forms by Tuesday morning for meals for the following week.  Children in KS1 are entitled to a free meal but an order form will need to be completed for each child.

Please order your child's menu choices through ParentPay.



How do I book meals for my child?

  1. Navigate to and log in
  2. Select the Make meal bookings for... button with the symbol to book meals for your child ( bookings must be enabled for this child)
  3. Select Make or View Bookings
  4. Make your choices from the menu
  5. When you are finished your booking summary will be displayed. Select Confirm bookings*
  6. Review the order summary details and when ready select Pay now
  7. Complete the secure checkout. You will be given a final opportunity to review your purchases prior to committing your card payment.
  8. You will receive an onscreen notification when you have completed your payment.
  9. If you wish to a make booking for second or subsequent child return to the home page and start again.

*If Payment due section displays £0.00 no further action is required you will receive an onscreen notification to confirm these bookings. (For children in Key Stage 1 and in receipt of free school meals).

*If Payment due value is greater than £0.00, you will be directed to the order summary page to complete your payment. If payment is not made within 2 hours your bookings will be cancelled.




Your child might be able to get free school meals if you get any of the following:

  • Income Support
  • income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
  • income-related Employment and Support Allowance
  • support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
  • the guaranteed element of Pension Credit
  • Child Tax Credit (provided you’re not also entitled to Working Tax Credit and have an annual gross income of no more than £16,190)
  • Working Tax Credit run-on - paid for 4 weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit
  • Universal Credit - if you apply on or after 1 April 2018 your household income must be less than £7,400 a year (after tax and not including any benefits you get)

Children who get paid these benefits directly, instead of through a parent or guardian, can also get free school meals.

Your child might also get free school meals if you get any of these benefits and your child is both:

  • younger than the compulsory age for starting school
  • in full-time education

If your child is eligible for free school meals, they’ll remain eligible until they finish the phase of schooling (primary or secondary) they’re in on 31 March 2022.

Infant free school meals in England

Your child will be able to get free school meals if they’re in:

  • reception class
  • year 1
  • year 2

Please complete the form below if you have any of the above qualifying benefits. Your child’s school can get extra funding if you do.
