PACES' are delivering and enjoyable after school provision that offers and engaging environment where children can participate in a variety of fun activities, from arts and crafts to team games. Additionally, we provide a light snack of toast to keep the children energised. 

How to Book:

1. Create an Account: Visit Class for Kids and create an account. After the account is set up, you will be prompted to add your child's details. This is a one-time process.
2. Select Sessions: Once the account is active, you can browse through the available sessions for the various clubs. Good news! You can now select sessions for the entire term and book them all in one go.
3. Checkout: After selecting the desired sessions, proceed to checkout to complete your booking, using the secure payment system.
   1. Childcare Vouchers: If you intend to pay using childcare vouchers, please contact us at sfx@paces.co.uk prior to checking out. We will provide you with a discount code that allows you to complete the booking without making a payment at that time. Our registers will be updated accordingly, and you will receive an invoice at the end of each month for payment via childcare vouchers. Anyone not using childcare vouchers can simply checkout using our secure platform.

1. Early Booking and Cut-off Times:

We strongly encourage you to book sessions as early as possible to secure a spot and avoid disappointment. Our updated booking system is designed to facilitate pre-planning for your convenience. Please note that we maintain a booking cut-off time of 10:30am. Any bookings made after this time will be subject to a £10 late booking fee. This policy ensures that we can properly manage staff-to-child ratios, which is crucial for the effective running of our clubs.

Unlike many other after-school programs, which require booking sessions a week in advance, we strive to offer flexibility for parents. We understand that plans can change, so we have chosen not to implement a weekly booking cut-off.             Option 2 - 4:15 - 5:30 - £5.50
